What Are Essential Oils and Aromatherapy?
Essential oils are oils extracted from a plant that are highly concentrated and give off a strong smell of its original state of being. While essential oils can be affectively used internally and topically, aromatherapy is also a very affective and quick way to receive all of the incredible benefits of essential oils. Moreover aromatherapy involves breathing in the chosen oil; which can be done in several different ways.
Keep your children safe and make sure you are using baby/kid safe essential oils around them!
Ways To Use Aromatherapy:
- In a diffuser
- Inhale a couple drops in the palm of your hands
- On the shower walls while taking a steamy shower
- On a wash cloth hanging in the shower/laying on your chest
- In the bathtub
All of these essential oils are wonderful for promoting feelings in the realm of motivation, positive attitudes, calmness, stability, emotional balance, and of course ENERGY BOOSTING! It is important to know that in order to receive the most benefits from aromatherapy, you should always use high quality essential oils!
