Why is it good for breastfeeding moms?
First of all, let me state the obvious. While being dairy-free, gluten-free, and egg-free, these pancakes are perfect for the breastfeeding mom whose baby has food sensitivities. This protein pancake recipe also, contains several beneficial qualities, including many whole foods (in which get passed down to your baby). Additionally, it contains oatmeal and cinnamon that act as a milk booster, as well as banana that acts as an energy booster.
